Support is offered on many different levels with Rubber Tree.  $250.00 is a compulsory annual charge and assures you of the latest program updates and free email support within 24 hours.
 
$500.00 is an optional annual support contract and offers support via email, phone, IM and remote login.  M-F 9-5
 
24/7 hour support can be purchased as can onsite training and installation.
 
There are no refunds after the free 30 day trial.
